As we have informed some of you already, the initial sightseeing on the 2nd day has been cancelled due to low demand, and we have decided to hold “Networking Event”, which is easy opportunity for students to network with each other outside the conference setting.
After 2nd day’s afternoon session, students will be put into groups and interact with other schools’ students with the facilitation brought by front staff. There is not strict rule of the language, so you can use Japanese as long as everyone can understand.
The participation for this event is not obligation, but we hope that students will be able to actively join.
