How to apply
Please read through all the following instructions, carefully.
Please note that JEIMUN only accept applications submitted directly via our conference registration system, Official registration form, which is linked below. We allow and encourage international students to attend conference!
Overview of steps
- Read the “Application requirements,” “Terms and conditions.”
2. If you agree to the above two conditions, please fill out the Official Registration Form and send it to us. You can fill out it from the above subpage, “Official registration form.”
Addition to the conference session, we have a plan, Tokyo sightseeing tour on day 2. If you wish to stay at the hotel and go sightseeing on the second day, please read the below page, “Sightseeing Tour” and check the box on the Official Registration form. We will send you the information by e-mail individually.
⚠️ATTENTION⚠️
Applications are accepted on a school basis. Students alone are not allowed to participate. Therefore, an adult designated by the school must accompany the student.
3. After submitting the Official Registration form, we will send an invoice for the participation fee to the school’s email address.
4. Please make the payment according to the invoice provided. Participation will be granted upon confirmation of the payment.
5. Any additional information will also be sent to the responsible teacher via email.
