- Entry is allowed from 9:00 AM, but the opening ceremony begins at 11:00 AM, so please make sure to arrive in time for the opening ceremony.
- The opening ceremony will be held in Small Hall.
- Items to bring : Your own PC or other electronic devices, writing tools such as pens and paper, and any necessary research materials.
- Dress code : Ambassadors are kindly requested to wear their uniforms.
- On the afternoon of the second day, we will be hosting a networking event. Participation is not mandatory.
