There are 4 rules about NP(Negotiation Paper).

1. Creation and distribution of NP are optional.
2. If distributing NP, please do so before the start of the meeting.
3. Publishing data from NP on the website is not needed, so you don’t have to send your NP to the office.
4. The availability of NP is not be a criterion for judging the awards.
