JEIMUN is an all-English Model UN conference in Japan which welcomes high school students from all over the world. The conference will be held in th National Olympic Memorial Youth Center from the 6th to 8th of January, 2024.
The organizing committee hopes this conference to not only be a platform for students to take part in Model UN — which may seem challenging at first — but to also give delegates the opportunity to develop bonds with other delegates who come from various countries and backgrounds.
Whether you are an experienced delegate or a delegate new to MUN, JEIMUN committee will provide delegates with all necessary information and assistance for a fun and exciting experience here in Tokyo.

5. Delegate Participation Format & Event Size
- We are to host around 300 participants, with 2-3 separate conference rooms.
- Generally, all students applying for up to 300 spots can participate.
- The conference follows a double-delegate format (2 delegates representing 1 country), but it’s also possible for one delegate to represent a country.

A unique format that combines elements of the Hague and Harvard methods.

An optional organization of teachers who aim to refine the educational benefits and methods of introducing Model United Nations programs into school activities. They also plan and manage Model United Nations conferences as practical experiences for students. They hold study sessions several times a year and consist of approximately 100 teachers from public and private junior high and senior high schools across Japan.
